YourMandarin organize students to watch the New Year Sichuan Opera  
The New Year Chuan Opera Art Evening was hold by Chongqing Foreign Experts Bureau on 16th,Dec. More than 650 foreign experts who are studying or working in Chongqing saw the brilliant show together.

YourMandarin was invited by Chongqing Foreign Experts Bureau as well. With our students, we attended the performance with all of our anticipation.

Sichuanese opera(Chinese: 川剧; Sichuanese Pinyin: Cuan1ju4; pinyin: Chuānjù) is a type of Chinese opera originating in China's Sichuan province around 1700. Today's Sichuan opera is a relatively recent synthesis of 5 historic melodic styles. Regionally Chengdu remains to be the main home of Sichuanese opera, while other influential locales include Chongqing, Guizhou, Yunnan, Hubei and Taiwan.

In addition, star-rated hotels also embrace abundant guests. The average occupancy rate of the star-rated hotels in Chongqing reaches 50.27% during the New Year holiday, realizing an increase of 6.18%.
